We are always learning new treatments as they become available.  Come in and let us customize a healing plan for your dry eye problems.

Photobiomodulation
Dry Eye Treatment

Red light therapy gently penetrates the eyelid tissue up to 10mm, stimulating your cells to energize and rejuvenate them. This process also softens and melts the hardened oils trapped in the Meibomian glands, helping to restore healthy oil flow in your tear film. As a result, your eyes can start producing meibum more regularly, leading to improved comfort and clearer vision. After the therapy, we manually express the old, hardened oil—leaving your eyes feeling refreshed and revitalized.

IPL (Intense Pulsed Light)
Dry Eye Treatment

IPL - Intense PulsedLight is a dry eye treatment that helps with reducing inflammation that can cause dry eyes.  Along with Meibomian Gland Expression, It helps make you see and feel better.  This is a quick and painless procedure that takes just a few minutes and is done in our office.  Typically 4 treatments are needed, a few weeks apart from each other.  If there is regression, repeat single treatments may need to be performed 3-6 months later.
